Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility

We will only accept returns because of these reasons;

  • Wrong delivery
  • Shipping or Damaged on delivery
  • Warranty returns and repairs- Returns of products covered by a valid warranty will be allowed.

Always Inspect the product as soon as you receive it & check if it’s the right one.

We allow returns within 24 hours after delivery. We will not accept any returns after 24 hours. We do not accept returns for accessories unless it’s rejected spot on-immediately after receiving it.

DAMAGE- The RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact us immediately! You can do this via any of the following channels

Always remember to include your order number, product purchased, date received, location and description of the damage or defect.

  1. Ensure that the packaging is clean and in good condition- as was at the time of delivery. All freebies and accessories MUST be returned together with products being returned.
  2. After we receive the product being returned, we will do quality check & evaluation, we will provide an update using the contact details you will provide.
  3. Where a return is rejected, we will call you and explain why; you will be required to collect the product from the branch or drop-off location. We will not be responsible for loss of products that have not been collected within 7-14 working days
  4. Phones, tablets, televisions and some selected products we sell are covered by warranty of up to 24 months/ 2 years. The warranty protects you against manufacturer related defects which may not include accidental damages, wear and tear, unauthorized repair or attempt to modify, replace a part or component of the product.
  5. You will be responsible for any services fees and parts costs that are not covered by Warranty, out of warranty products or failure to adhere to warranty terms as stipulated by the manufacturer on the warranty card, will be accompanied by the product.

FAILED DELIVERIES

Our dedicated team is always standing by to ensure that your delivery is done within the shortest time possible.

Where delivery is not done within the stipulated timelines, please contact us to fast track it.

If delivery is not done within 48hours after contact, it’s within your rights to request for a refund.

Delivery tracking & follow-up

We do not accept return of the following products or because of the below reasons;

  • Damaged after deliver
  • Don’t want/like the product- Change of mind
  • Requests to return, 24 hours after delivery of the product, unless such a product meets the returns criteria stated above.
