We are a retail store in Kenya that offers authentic & high-quality mobile phone, tablets, laptops & networking products & accessories at competitive prices in Kenya.Β  You can find our branches inside Naivas, Chandarana & Quickmart branches. We also run Safaricom authorized dealer shops, Phonelink, located in major malls & Airtel

How do i create an Account?

  • Go to register
  • Enter your email address
  • Click register
  • You will receive a password that you will use to log-in

Do i need to create an Account every time i Shop?

No, you will only create an account once. You will be able to log in using the same account every time you shop.

What if i forgot my Account Password

  • Visit my account
  • On the Log in page, click forgot my password
  • Enter your email on the email tab
  • Your will receive a new password via email.

How do i shop online?

  • Browse the products available on various categories
  • Once you’ve found what you want to buy, click on add to cart
  • Repeat the same while selecting add to cart every time you get what you want to buy
  • Once all the products have been added, click on View cart or the basket
  • You will be redirected to the check-out page, review the items to ensure you have everything you want to buy inside the cart

How do i PAY for shopping?

You can pay via Mobile money wallets like Mpesa & Airtel, all Bank cards with Visa card, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX logos, Mobile banking Apps for all local & international banks with presence in Kenya.

Do you accept Pay on Delivery?

Due to the value of product and nature of our business, we currently don’t have a pay on delivery option.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we do countrywide deliveries. Pay online and have it delivered to any of the 45+ branches near you or any of the 160+ delivery locations. Home deliveries option is available to Nairobi customers and its environs.

How long does it take to deliver?

We have partnered with various logistics service providers for fast deliveries. We commit to a 24hours- 48hours delivery timelines once an order is confirmed.

Where can i find your stores?

You can find us Fonexpress branded shops inside selected Naivas, Chandarana, Quickmart supermarkets & Safaricom dealer shops, Phonelink, at major malls. We also offer product and services at selected Airtel shops. Click the this linkΒ to check your nearest or most convenient store.

Can i cancel an order after payment?

Order cancellation will be subject to our returns and refund policies.

How Secure is my data when making Payment?

We have partnered with iPay, a payment gateway provider for safe & secure payments.Β  iPay is a level 1 PCI DSS 3.2 & PCI compliant online payments Service Provider.

PCI DSS is the highest privacy and security standard in the Payments industry and applies to entities that store, process, or transmit cardholder data or sensitive authentication data. The certification is administered by the PCI DSS Council, which was founded by Visa Inc, MasterCard Worldwide, American Express, Discover Financial Service and JCB International.

How can i return a product after delivery?

You can return it to any of our stores or send it back through our appointed logistic service

Are your phones Sim – Locked?

No, our phones whether single or duos/dual /twin sim are NOT locked to any network. You can use your preferred sim card(s), that is, Safaricom, Airtel, Telcom, Faiba & any other network of your choice.

Are your phones Dual/Twin sim?

Yes, we try to give customers the best options available and most of our phones are dual sim & open to all networks (Not sim locked). Check the product description page to find out if the phone is single or dual sim.

I have a referral code?

You can redeem it on the check out by keying in the coupon or referral code into the coupon code tab.

Are your products new?

Yes, all our products are brand new & SEALED. DON NOT accept any delivery with a broken seal. We promise our customers that our products are 100% authentic & brand new. There are ZERO used or refurbished products on our site.

Do you accept Warranty Claims?

Yes, we accept warranty claims for all products purchased from our shops or online. We are also an authorized Samsung, Nokia, Tecno, Infinix, Hisense, Alcatel & Itel service Centre for products purchased in Kenya

Do you repair phones?

We also authorized repair Centre for Samsung, Nokia, Tecno, Infinix, Hisense, Alcatel & Itel phones and tablets.
