Delivery and Shipping Policy

We deliver FAST & express throughout Kenya. Home deliveries in Nairobi and pick-up locations outside Nairobi.
Nairobi Same Day Delivery at your cost using your preferred courier.
Out-of-Nairobi delivery timelines vary depending on distance and partner.
We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Nairobi deliveries are done within 2-3 hours of order confirmation. Pick-up locations are delivered next day if confirmed by 3PM.

Returns & Refunds

Inspect the product upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a wrong or damaged product.
Returns are accepted at our discretion and are guided by these terms.
Eligibility for returns includes wrong delivery, shipping damage, warranty claims, upgrades, and trade-ins. Returns are not accepted for damaged products post-delivery, change of mind, or accessories unless rejected immediately.
Return process includes contacting us, ensuring clean packaging, and returning all freebies. Refunds will be processed as store credits, coupons, or other methods as determined.
