Delivery and Shipping Policy
- We deliver FAST & express throughout Kenya. Home deliveries in Nairobi and pick-up locations outside Nairobi.
- Nairobi Same Day Delivery at your cost using your preferred courier.
- Out-of-Nairobi delivery timelines vary depending on distance and partner.
- We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Nairobi deliveries are done within 2-3 hours of order confirmation. Pick-up locations are delivered next day if confirmed by 3PM.
Returns & Refunds
- Inspect the product upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a wrong or damaged product.
- Returns are accepted at our discretion and are guided by these terms.
- Eligibility for returns includes wrong delivery, shipping damage, warranty claims, upgrades, and trade-ins. Returns are not accepted for damaged products post-delivery, change of mind, or accessories unless rejected immediately.
- Return process includes contacting us, ensuring clean packaging, and returning all freebies. Refunds will be processed as store credits, coupons, or other methods as determined.
