Terms & Conditions

  1. The purchased equipment is covered only against any malfunction ing arising from a manufacturing defect for a period of one year from the date of purchase. 
  2. The warranty does NOT cover any damage caused by mishandling or the handset, or any accidental damage caused by dropping, scratching, immersing in water etc. 
  3. This warranty covers the handset ONLY. The battery and charger are NOT covered under the warranty. 
  4. If a handset malfunctions during the warranty period, you should return it to the point or sale or service centre.
  5. The warranty will be VOID if the warranty seal/sticker on the handset is broken or tampered.
  6. PLEASE BRING THE RECEIPT WITH THIS WARRANTY CERTIFICATE WHEN YOU BRING YOUR FAULTY HANDSET. THIS CERTIFICATE IS NOT VALID WITHOUT THE RECEIPT/CASH SALE. 
  7. Warranty repairs must be c,:1rried out at our service centre. No reimbursement will be made for repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel, and warranty cover will NOT be valid for any repairs or damage caused by such repairs. 
  8. Any out-of-warranty repairs will be charged at our normal rates and we will require approval before proceeding with repair. 
  9. You must allow minimum 48hrs for our service centre check and repair your phone. Repairs may be subject to availability of spare parts. 
  10. Please note that for goods that where goods have not been collected after due notification is served, then the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act(Cap38) may be exercised. 
  11. Software updates/upgrades are carried out on ALL DEVICES AT TIME OF REPAIR. Please remember to make back-up copies or keep written records of all important content and data stored in your Product,. because content and data may be lost during repair or replacement or the Product. We do not perform back-ups on behalf or our customers as this will conflict with your privacy which we believe is your right and may also infringe on your personal right to freedom or information. 
  12. Fonelab, in a manner consistent with the provisions of the section entitled, shall not under any circumstances be liable, either expressly or impliedly, for any damages or losses or any kind whatsoever resulting from loss or, damage to, or corruption or, content or data during repair or replacement of the Product 
  13. All parts of the Product or other equipment that FoneLab has replaced shall become the property of FoneLab. 
  14. Please note that manufacturer warranty should also be read and understood.
  15. The warranty ls void if the seal sticker on the handset has been broken or tampered with as required by manufacturer's standards
  16. Repairs of any device with liquid or physical damage will not be covered under warranty and are carried out at the owner's risk. 
  17. Third party software and accessories used with your device are not covered under warranty.
  18. Chargers and batteries are not covered under Fonelab warranty.
  19. A request for an upgrade of your device must be done within 48 hours of purchase of purchase and you must bring your original receipt.
  20. in event where our Workshop deems the product as beyond repair, we reserve the right to undertake any one of the following remedies: (a) motherboard swap; (b) direct replacement; (c) like-for-like replacement based on another product or brand with the nearest specifications to the faulty product; (d) trade-in based on a depreciated monetary value according to current market price prevailing.
  21. We do not give refunds to products purchased from our stores.
  22. Delivery to be done within 7-14 Working days.
